Welcome to the Football Club Ladies Section
WE NEED VOLUNTEERSSwanage Town & Herston would love to have Ladies and girls football teams but the major problem is the lack of volunteers within the Club at this time. With three adults teams plus U18, U16, U13, U12, U11 and a new U9 team, our supply of team managers, assistants and coaches is not inexhaustible and at the moment we have no one available to manage and organise ladies/girls football. The Club is in the process of completing a Football Foundation Development Plan over the next few months, (part of which is to develop opportunities for everyone to play football regardless of sex, religion, disability etc.) and will be meeting at the Football Club, Day’s Park every Thursday evening from 7.30pm to 9.00pm. If anyone would like to find out more or would like to get involved please come along and introduce yourself. The Club is happy to fund training courses for anyone interested in undertaking the FA Level One Certification in Coaching Football and getting involved in the Club in some capacity.
